Hello. Have any of you guys played mortal Kombat Deception?
It's a mainstream game for the Playstation 2 and Xbox.
It's coming out for the cube soon. I have the game and I think it's awesome! I'm a big MK fan.
Tell me what you guys think.

I've got Mortal Kombat Deception and I think it's pretty good. Unfortunately blind people can't play all the features, wich is a shame. I can only play the arcade mode and the 2 player mode, Still I think it's a good game once you get the hang of it.

I can play some playstation games, mainly the fighting ones cause I can get more information from those types of games. And believe it or not, I can actually finish Mortalkombat Deception so if I can play it any blind person can. I'd be interested to know how many blind people play playstation, or any other console games and how well they go.

I thought Play Station was too visual for blindies to play. Sometiems my cousin and I play video games and i end up running into walls or off cliffs. Heheh. It's amusing, but pointless!!! What games can you play specifically, Kool Turk?

The Tekkon series is easy to play. You can play some of the other features on that as well, but you might have to memorize the menus in order to find them. Once you get the hang of Tekkon you can have fun beating all the sighted people!

Hi all.
I play with PS2 and have some games that i think are good for blind people.
I could suggest you to play Pro Evolution Soccer 3 or 4, athens 2004, iven Burnout 3 that's a car racing game where you have to crash the other racers, just try them and let me know.
The only thing about the consolles is the fact that you have to learn the menus but once you've them you can play many games.
I've won the world cup with the Pro Evolution soccer 3.
If you play with the easy levels of the games, there's no problem, in my opinion.
Let me know.

Yes there are some good games out there, Contender is another easy one to play. As for the soccer games, I didn't go very well playing them.

I've been playing games ever since the Nintendo came out way back in the 80's. I've owned every system accept Virtual Box, GC, and a few others. You can play most of the fighting games and some baseball, depending if they make a sound when the balls are thrown. I even play some of the harder games just for fun. Got to level two on Rise to Honor, the Jet Li game.

Has anyone tried to use console emulators? I wouldn't mind getting a console emulator and trying to see if it works. Maybe the games can be adapted somehow so blind people can play console games with a special emulator. A company managed to write a patch for quake after all.

Who'da thunk it? I always thought video games were totally sightie. Ah well. I learn new things every day, that's for sure! Caitlin

I think console games can be adapted. If I knew programming, I'd do it. I believe the company that wrote the patch for quake is called Agrip, or something like that. you can find them at www.audiogames.net. I think it's called accessible quake.
